Discover our open wool fibres obtained using a fibre opening process on the combed wool strands. This format is ideal for your crafts, hand spinning or felting, among others. They also represent a natural and organic alternative to synthetic filling fibres used in cushions, poufs, soft toys and textile quilts.

Among many other properties, wool is an excellent natural thermal insulator, as it retains a large amount of air between its fibres, which hinders thermal conductivity. In addition, it has an incredible capacity to absorb water, up to 30% of its weight without feeling damp, while other synthetic fibres are only capable of retaining 4%. This property makes wool a very breathable and comfortable fibre.
